Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Lawrenceville is seeking a motivated Master Technician to join our team. Earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and enjoy an hourly rate of $40–$55 with the potential to make $100k–$150k yearly in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes and A/C.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and execute repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Assist in warranty repairs as required.

Qualifications:
