Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred — automotive experience not required, we will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, self-driven, and money-motivated mindset.
• Confidence in negotiating and closing sales.
• Passion for helping customers find the right vehicle.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showcase, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
• Follow up consistently to drive customer retention and repeat business.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.
