RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build a strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other sales process steps per company standards.
- Utilize CRM system daily
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE 5 + years luxury/near luxury car sales experience
- Must have a proven track record of double-digit sales monthly
- Must have proven track record of above average CSI AND public reviews (Google, Dealer Rater, etc.)
- Must have a clean driving record& valid driver’s license
- Clear background & drug screen
