Salary Range: $16.90 - $16.90 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Become knowledgeable on all new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, technology, and available protection products.
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Learn and effectively overcome objections while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership CRM.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve department goals.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
