Raceway Kia of Freehold is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our high-volume, customer-focused team in Freehold, NJ. We offer a competitive commission-based pay plan, a generous sign-on bonus, and ongoing coaching to drive performance.

Responsibilities include guiding customers from initial contact to delivery, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and leveraging CRM to grow opportunities.

Formación

• Use the CRM consistently to manage opportunities and future business.
• Prospect for new customers and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred

• Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and accountable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Evenings and Saturday availability required

Compensation

• Commission, monthly bonuses, performance incentives, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and experience.
