You will coach sales staff on closing deals, set and track sales goals, and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs while delivering confident product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership leadership or training is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
