Karl Auto Group in Webster City, IA is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to guide our high-volume new and pre-owned sales departments, motivating the team and improving the guest experience. You will assist New Car Manager and Used Car Manager with daily operations, oversee inventory coordination, and ensure a smooth, transparent buying process for customers.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience with proven closing success
• Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate a sales team
• Organized, coachable, and ready to take on more responsibility
• Familiar with CRM tools (DriveCentric), VAuto, and digital retailing platforms

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the showroom floor — support and coach sales consultants daily
• Track team performance and help achieve monthly sales and CSI goals
• Work directly with customers to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience
• Serve as a communication bridge between sales, management, and service teams
