Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Sales Specialist in the Amherst area. You will help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term career with Bridgestone. The role is designed as a pathway for growth across our retail network, with hands-on training, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of development.
