Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Buffalo is hiring a Sales and Service Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term career. You will deliver excellent service in person and by phone, and recommend automotive products based on needs.

The role coordinates service appointments, supports store operations, and provides training and mentorship toward advancement across over 2,200 locations, with a pay range of $16.80 to $25.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Associate degree or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
