SPONSLER CDJR OF MOUNT VERNON is hiring a Sales Specialist to join the automotive sales team in Mount Vernon, KY. You will greet customers, assess needs, present vehicle options, and facilitate the buying process with a focus on service and satisfaction.

The position offers a starting salary of $3,000 with immediate bonus opportunities from day one, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, health and life insurance, PTO and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and train in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to customers

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
