Job summary

Puente Hills CDJR is seeking a motivated sales associate to drive vehicle sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will greet customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and work toward dealership gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and a sales license, plus excellent communication, professional appearance, and the ability to follow the dealership’s sales process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be directly responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Coordinate with the sales manager to set and meet new and used sales quotas.
• Greet customers promptly and follow the outlined sales process.
• Utilize floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales.
• Demonstrate and test drive vehicles and verify customer qualifications to buy.
• Maintain knowledge of products and features and follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranties and paperwork.
