Dillon Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Caldwell, ID is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to drive revenue by helping customers find the right vehicle and closing sales. You will stay up-to-date on product features and maintain a high standard showroom and customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Idaho license, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service by answering questions and helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs


• Maintains a prospect development system by following up with active prospects using the Dealership’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)


• Follows up with previous customers for referrals and future sales


• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required


• Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors and demonstrates professionalism towards customers, co-workers, and the public at large


• Demonstrates adherence to Company procedures


• Maintains an acceptable attendance record


• Works without constant supervision


• Reports to the Sales Manager or General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

• Able to hear and speak with others in person and by telephone
