Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Sales and Service Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing skills for a long-term career.

You’ll join a team that provides hands-on training, mentorship, and career development across 2,200+ locations. The role emphasizes customer service, product recommendations, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of development.
