Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Sales and Service Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing skills for a long-term career within Bridgestone Retail Operations. You’ll join a team that provides hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement across 2,200 locations nationwide.

Pay range is $16.80–$25.10 per hour, with a commitment to fair compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
