Brand Family Auto Service is hiring a Sales and Service Advisor in San Diego area. The role focuses on greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, and recommending services with clear communication of costs and timelines.

The position offers a compensation range of $65,000–$90,000 per year, combining base pay with commission, plus benefits and advancement opportunities. Monday–Saturday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience as a Service Advisor helpful but not required
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment
• Willingness to work Monday–Saturday

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history
• Recommend services and communicate costs and timelines to customers
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on service progress
• CASH-OUT procedures with thorough explanation of warranties
• Conduct post-service follow-up and manage returns/warranty parts
