Job summary

Family Auto Service is hiring a Sales and Service Advisor to sell and promote all products and services while upholding store standards. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, including hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience in an auto service environment is a plus.
• Available Monday–Saturday

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document concerns; review service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and document recommendations for the customer.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers daily.
• Process payments after review of inspections and warranties.
• Follow up after service and returns to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
