Job summary

CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA, based in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to buy vehicles directly from customers. This branch-based role emphasizes performance and earnings through commissions while maintaining a customer-friendly purchasing process.

You will conduct car-buying appointments, negotiate offers, and guide customers from initial contact to final purchase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, email and web-based apps.
• Experience in sales, retail or customer service is a plus.

Salary Range: $38,000.00 To $38,000.00 Annually

$38,000.00 Base Salary + $1500.00 Sign-On Bonus + Performance-Based Commission

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our Maple Grove, MN branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

What You'll Do

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
