CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on purchasing vehicles directly from customers, not retail inventory, and is based at the University City branch.

Successful candidates will conduct car-buying appointments, negotiate offers, and guide customers through the purchase process to completion, while earning a base salary plus performance-based commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Comfort with using computers, tablets, email and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process.
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our University City, NC branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
