webuyanycar.com USA is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative in our Doylestown, PA branch. This role focuses on purchasing cars directly from customers, not selling inventory, with a base salary of $40,000/year plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and commission opportunities.

You’ll work a five-day week with Sundays off and qualify for benefits including health coverage, retirement plan, and PTO. Training stipends are offered for new hires during the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Comfort using computers and sales systems (CRM, email, web).

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Based in our Doylestown, PA branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

What You'll Do

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels


• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers


• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process


• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process


• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions


• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities


• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals


• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday


• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives


• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles


• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items


• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
