You will work with customers to purchase vehicles from multiple branch locations across Cranberry Township, Greensburg, Jefferson Hills, and Plum, PA, fostering strong relationships and driving sales performance.

The role emphasizes buying vehicles directly from customers, rather than selling inventory, with Sundays off and steady Monday–Saturday schedule; base salary plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the territory.
• Proficient with computers, tablets, email, and sales systems; quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branch locations in the assigned territory.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Contact sellers by phone, email, text and approved channels.
• Explain the value of the service and guide customers through purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of buying process.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Supporting multiple branch locations throughout your assigned territory, including Cranberry Township, Greensburg, Jefferson Hills, and Plum, PA, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and supporting multiple locations while building relationships with customers and driving sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers
• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the assigned territory
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and learn new technology platforms

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive between branch locations throughout the workweek
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
