Job summary

R&L Motors in Hickory, NC is seeking an Automotive Sales Rep to greet customers, assess needs and present vehicles. You will conduct test drives, negotiate deals and guide buyers from start to finish while maintaining an upbeat showroom.

Daily leads (10–20) support your pace, with a family-like team culture and competitive pay. Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, some Saturdays.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of retail math for pricing and financing calculations.
