Luther Family Buick GMC in Fargo, ND is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our established team. You will present vehicle options based on customer needs, explain features, and help buyers navigate selection while building trust and repeat business.

We provide a three-week paid training program through an in-house Training Team, plus opportunities for growth through ongoing product knowledge and referrals. This role emphasizes customer service and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals.
