Apple Ford in Maryland is seeking an enthusiastic Auto Sales Representative to guide customers through the sales process and become an expert on Ford vehicles and technology. You will present features, complete quotes, and help customers with financing and paperwork.

NEW AUTOMOTIVE SALES / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVES / PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Job Description

• Greet and guide customers as they arrive in the store to proceed into the sales process
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle features
• Complete quotes, explain financing options and support customers in the completion of their application and paperwork
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments and providing appropriate information
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don’t have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Outgoing and friendlypersonality, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills and sales track record
• Persistent, competitive and great work ethic
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
