Luther Mazda in Cambridge, MN is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to help customers select vehicles that fit their needs. You will present options, maintain product knowledge, and grow a book of referrals.

This role features a commission-based pay structure ($39k–$150k annually) and an in-house Training Team with an initial three-week paid training program.

Eligibility includes flexible hours, strong communication, and a professional appearance; background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals.

Qualifications
