Job summary

Ancira Auto Group is seeking qualified Retail Automotive Product Specialists to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role offers a five-day work week, Sundays off, and paid training with access to product information and customer service tools to help customers find their perfect vehicle match.

You will meet a variety of customers, work with a high-producing team, and have opportunities to advance into Finance or Management roles.

Qualifications

• Recent Retail Auto Sales Experience preferred.
• Excellent customer-relatability and care for customer satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and reliable driving record.
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; CDK and VinSolutions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and help them find their transportation match.
• Work with a dynamic, high-producing team to meet sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing product training and use provided tools to succeed.

Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, the premier CJDR dealer with multiple back-to-back awards, is seeking qualified, experienced retail automotive product specialists to join our team! We reward results and provide you with a 5-day work week, Sundays off, and the tools, ongoing product training, and product to succeed.

Schedule: M- F early/late shifts and Saturdays required. Five-day work week.

Early Shift 8:30AM-6PM, Late Shift 11AM-9PM; Saturdays 8:30AM-7PM.

ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK.

Closed Sundays.
