AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in the United States to help customers find the right automotive parts and provide expert guidance. You will be part of a team delivering WOW! customer service in a fast-paced store environment and contribute to achieving sales goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and ASE certification. A full-time, flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• ASE Certification preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or highly preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with parts selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Drive sales and monitor store performance metrics to meet goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves; follow cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE; ensure a secure work environment.
• Provide product knowledge and installation services for wiper blades, batteries, and lights.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
