Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service and help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You’ll assist with product selection, promotions, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, store operations, and basic installations, with opportunities for growth. A high school diploma or GED is required, and ASE certification is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Basic automotive parts knowledge and willingness to learn.
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Assist with product selection, upsell promotions, and achieve store performance metrics.
Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and support store operations.
Perform installations of wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs; use diagnostic tools as needed.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
