AutoZone’s Senior Retail Sales Associate role places you on the front line of WOW! customer service, helping customers select the right automotive parts and solutions and providing expert advice to improve their shopping experience.

You’ll support store operations, restock merchandise, assist with installations, and use diagnostic tools to recommend fixes. Fluent English and Spanish communication helps you connect with diverse customers and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Physically able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions.
• Assist customers with product selection, installations, and promotions to support sales goals.
• Maintain organized inventory and support store operations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
