Job summary

Germain Nissan in Columbus, OH is seeking experienced sales professionals to own the full sales cycle—from first greeting to delivery and follow-up—and to leverage closing skills to overcome objections and seal deals.

Build and manage a pipeline of repeat and referral customers, work internet leads with speed, and collaborate with F&I to maximize profitability while representing the Germain brand with integrity and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Strong closing ability and the confidence to ask for the business.
• Relationship‑building skills that keep customers coming back.
• A competitive, coachable mindset — good enough is never your standard.
• Professional presentation and communication, in person and online.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus — but not required.

Responsibilities
