• Experience in sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Assess buyer stage and provide needed information.
• Collaborate with inventory and acquisition teams to value trade-ins.
• Explain purchase terms, pricing, payments, and loan options.
• Follow up to ensure a positive buying experience.
