Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess vehicle needs and preferences.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in showroom and test drives.
• Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using dealership databases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate terms, trade-ins, taxes, and financing.
• Inspect lot inventory to maintain knowledge and availability.
• Complete paperwork and ensure timely vehicle delivery and registration.
• Conduct vehicle walkthroughs to familiarize customers with their purchase.
• Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
