Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to sit for long periods, walk around dealership lot, and drive all types of vehicles.
• Friendly approachable demeanor with a passion to help others.
• Enjoy being a part of a team and have the drive to succeed.
• Clean driving record and current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales Consultants take customers through a thorough buying process with established selling steps and policies.
• Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features and demonstrate operation.
• Provide vehicles to customers through an established delivery process, ensuring customer understands operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to satisfaction and loyalty.
• Daily CRM activities according to dealership policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
