Job summary

Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join Tyler Run Auto Sales, part of our family of dealerships. You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service to ensure a seamless dealership journey.

You’ll welcome customers, assess needs, conduct test drives, and guide them through the buying process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
• Valid PA driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Welcome customers, build rapport, and create a positive, professional buying experience.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget through effective questioning and active listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Explain features, warranties, pricing, and options clearly.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, trade-ins, and paperwork in line with dealership procedures.
• Deliver vehicles with a thorough, informative delivery experience and ensure customers understand operations and paperwork.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain prospecting, lead follow-up, and CRM-driven client development.
• Stay informed on inventory, features, and automotive technology.
