Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership, answer questions and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits to prospects.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranties and paperwork.
• Stay informed about incoming inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight maintenance options.
