Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them choose a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits to prospects.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory, features and accessories for customers.
• Introduce customers to service department to highlight quality and maintenance.
