Job summary

Group 1 Automotive's Mercedes Benz Hanover division seeks an Automotive Sales Professional to join a high-energy team. You will demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and tailor recommendations to customer needs, while building rapport with new and returning clients.

In this role, you will leverage product knowledge, financing options, and warranties to close sales. A high school diploma is required. Competitive pay includes uncapped commission and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Confidence and drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates vehicles by explaining features, takes test drives, and compares models.
• Prospects daily for potential customers and builds rapport with existing clients.
• Maintains high CSI and follows up to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Learns product updates, inventory, and financing options to better assist customers.
• Completes sales or purchase agreements and explains warranties and services.
• Attends meetings and training; adheres to company policies and values.
