AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX to sell new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work with a wide inventory and a team that supports your growth through training and career paths.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, following up with customers, and leveraging a best-in-class CRM and financing relationships to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles to meet gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and financing options.
• Use CRM and other tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and closing activities.
