Job summary

Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.

Compensation ranges from $50K-$100K+ per year, with potential for additional earnings. The role requires punctuality, superb customer service, and willingness to work evenings and Saturdays to meet dealership

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the dealership and offer assistance.
• Develop strong knowledge of vehicles and offerings.
• Qualify customers and match them with suitable vehicles and options.
• Conduct test drives and explain warranties, safety ratings, and fuel economy.
• Negotiate and close deals, complete pre-sale documents, coordinate with insurers.
• Set expectations and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Build rapport with new and repeat customers to drive referrals.
• Follow up with clients and report activity to management.
