The Lia Auto Group's Lia Nissan Enfield is seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. We focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and building long-term, repeat business with all customers.

Compensation ranges from $50K to $100K+ per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities. The role requires punctuality, superior service, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Respond well to direction from management.
• Able to achieve individual and department goals.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person, by phone, email or text.
• Able to negotiate using trained methods.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership.
• Develop strong product knowledge of features, trims, and capabilities.
• Qualify customers and match to vehicles and options.
• Demonstrate features, perform test-drives, explain warranties and fuel economy.
• Overcome objections and close deals; prepare pre-sale documents.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and set expectations.
• Build rapport for repeat business and referrals; manage trade-ins and inquiries.
• Follow up with sold/unsold clients; report activity to management.
