Qualifications

• Sales experience ideally in automotive, retail, wireless, insurance or high-ticket sales.
• Proven ability to communicate, influence, and close deals.
• Competitive mindset with strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead follow-up.
• Bilingual is a plus, especially Spanish.
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
