Tim Dahle Automotive is seeking a motivated automotive sales professional to join our dynamic team in Utah. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process, including financing and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. A valid driver's license and CRM familiarity are a plus in our fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends
