AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to join our nationwide network of dealerships. You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, aim for customer satisfaction, and meet volume and profit standards with our competitive commission plan.

You’ll leverage a best-in-class CRM, powerful sales tools, and access to a large inventory to match customers with the right vehicle. We value communication, teamwork, and a strong focus on the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Over 1 year automotive sales or related experience.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication, consultative, and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet sales targets.
