Job summary

AutoNation seeks an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles at competitive gross profit while delivering exceptional customer service. You will aim to meet satisfaction and volume targets, leverage CRM and lender relationships, and grow your book of business in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Candidates should have over 1 year of automotive sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Build relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Leverage CRM and equity mining tools to uncover sales opportunities and close deals.
