Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and exceed customer satisfaction and volume standards. On-site in Colorado, you will leverage a best-in-class CRM and lender network to close deals while delivering exceptional service.

You will be empowered to build your book of business, follow up with prospects, and pursue personal income goals within AutoNation’s productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and guidance throughout the purchase process.
• Meet or exceed sales and income targets set by AutoNation.
