Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in automotive or retail sales and customer service is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Determine customer needs, preferences, and budget to assist in selecting vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, including features and options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives in accordance with safety procedures.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing options, and available products.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, inventory, and dealership policies.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain timely CRM records.
• Assist with completing required paperwork and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Timbrook Automotive brand.
