You will engage with customers, conduct test drives, manage the delivery process, stay updated on industry trends, and follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide informative details about vehicle models, features, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Handle the entire delivery process of the vehicle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new car models and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate sales prices and introduce financing options with customers.
• All contacts must be followed up after delivery for every customer.
