B2g Motors LLC is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our Dalton, GA dealership. You will identify potential customers, touch base with existing clients, and ensure a positive purchasing experience. You will greet guests, explain vehicle options, and facilitate test drives.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, plus a drive to exceed targets. Mentorship, ongoing training, and performance bonuses are available to sales reps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport with customers.
• Answer questions about new and used cars, vehicle features, and financing options.
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database to drive sales.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
