AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find parts and solutions, provide expert advice, and deliver WOW! service in a fast-paced store.

You will stock merchandise, assist with promotions, maintain safe, organized aisles, and support store operations while building automotive product knowledge and teamwork. Bilingual Spanish/English abilities and ASE certification are valued, with opportunities to grow your career through training, incentives, and a strong nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have automotive knowledge or be familiar with automotive parts.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail and ASE certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assist with product selection and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organized aisles, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
