AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service, help customers find automotive parts, and share expert product knowledge. You will support inventory, POS operations, and overall store readiness on a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16 years or older.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and automotive product advice with clear communication.
• Collaborate with store team and managers to maintain a productive environment.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to hit sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and follow POS procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
