Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will assist customers with automotive parts, provide expert advice, and help drive sales while maintaining organized storefronts and accurate inventory.

You’ll engage with customers in English and Spanish, learn AutoZone systems, and support daily store operations. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is available to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point-of-sale procedures, loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
